Gudex LLC (hereinafter referred to as Gudex, the Contractor, We) provides messaging, task management, and other Services to users around the world through the People Do application (hereinafter referred to as the Service, the Application).
This Agreement and the mandatory documents specified in it determine the basic conditions for using the Application, as well as any development and / or addition of new functionality. Read the terms of use of the Application set forth in this User Agreement.
1. Terms and definitions
1.1 General concepts
Website - the content of Internet pages located on the Internet at the domains
https://ppldo.net,
https://ppl.do, including subfolders and subdomains.
App - software for mobile devices with operating systems iOS and Android, located in the AppStore and GooglePlay, which are the official applications of the People Do project, which is confirmed by the authorship of Gudex LLC.
Services, Service - a collective term denoting functions and services that the User can receive using the Website or Application.
User - a person who has passed the registration procedure on the Service. I.e. persons , who voluntarily filled all the necessary information through the registration form and the profile filling form.
Users, Members - any registered Users of People Do Services.
Personal data, Information - means any information that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person, in our case it is any User of the Service.
Personal Account, Profile - the section of the Service, which contains all Personal information provided by the user personally. And also in the personal account, the User manages (changes, supplements, deletes) the provided Personal Information.
1.2 This Agreement may use other terms and definitions not specified in clause 1.1. Agreements. In this case, the interpretation of such a term is made in accordance with the text of the Agreement. In the absence of an unambiguous interpretation of the term or definition in the text of the Agreement and other documents that form the agreement on the terms of the Agreement, one should be guided by its interpretation, determined: first of all - by the legislation of the Russian Federation, and subsequently - by business customs and scientific doctrine.
2. User registration
By registering, installing or using our Application, services, functions, software or website, or accessing them, the User (hereinafter referred to as you) freely, by his own will and in his own interests, accepts in full the terms of services provided by this User Agreement.
2.1 Any use of the functionality of the Application is possible only after the User has passed registration and authorization in the Application in accordance with the established rules.
2.2 To use our Service, you must have certain devices, software and an Internet connection, otherwise the Services will not be provided. To fully use our Application, you agree to manually or automatically download and install updates to it. You also agree that we may use our Service to send you service notices that are an integral part of our services.
2.3 When registering in the Application and filling out your Personal Account, you must use accurate and reliable information, indicate your current mobile phone number, and keep this information up to date.
2.4 You agree to receive notifications from the Service.
2.4.1 You agree to receive SMS messages and phone calls (from us or third party service providers) with codes for registration and authorization in our Application.
2.4.2 By installing our Application on your mobile device, you consent to receive push notifications of an informational nature. You can opt out of receiving push notifications through the settings of your mobile device in relation to the installed Application.
2.5 Your use of the Service in any way and in any form within its declared functionality, including:
● registration and / or authorization;
● posting or displaying on the Service any materials, including but not limited to such as: texts, hypertext links, images, audio and video files, information and / or other information;
● Creates an agreement on the terms of this Agreement in accordance with the provisions of Articles 437 and 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
2.6 In case of failure to comply with clause 2.3 of this Agreement, we have the right, at our discretion, to block or delete the User's account, as well as refuse the User to use the Application and related Services in whole or in a certain part.
2.7 We reserve the right at any time to demand from the User confirmation of the data specified during registration, and in this regard to request supporting documents (in particular, identity documents), failure to provide which may be equated with providing inaccurate information and entail consequences, provided for in clause 2.6. Agreements. If the User's data specified in the documents provided by him do not correspond to the data specified during registration, as well as in the case when the data specified during registration does not allow the user to be identified, Gudex has the right to apply the measures specified in clause 2.6. Agreements.
2.8 The information about the User contained in the User's Personal Account is stored and processed by Gudex in accordance with the Privacy Policy located at

2.9 To conveniently organize communication with other members of the Services, you regularly provide us with access to the telephone numbers stored in the address book of your mobile phone. By this action, you confirm that you have the right to provide these numbers and agree to provide them. The mobile application will additionally ask for the right to access the phone book immediately at the time of the first access to it. At this moment, you can deny access to this Information, having lost access to the above functionality. You can restore access to the phone book in the settings of your mobile phone.
3. Terms of use
3.1 The user has the right to use the service exclusively for the purposes and in the manner provided for by this Agreement and not prohibited by applicable law.
3.2 The user can use the information and services People Do for commercial purposes without special permission.
3.3 The User uses the Application at his own risk. The Services are provided “as is”. Gudex does not assume any responsibility, including for the compliance of the Application and the Service based on it with the goals of the User.
3.4 Since the Application and the Services based on it are at the stage of constant supplementation and updating (the Application and the Services are in test mode), the form and nature of the functionality of the Applications and the Services provided may change from time to time without prior notice to the User.
3.5 Gudex is not responsible for any type of losses incurred as a result of the User's use of the Applications and / or the Services based on them.
3.6 The user has the right at any time, at his discretion, to delete his account (registration) on the Site by sending a corresponding request to the email address support@ppl.do through the use of his Account Information on the website.
3.7 Gudex only provides a service for the exchange of information and is in no way responsible for its accuracy and relevance, and does not verify the content, authenticity and safety of such Content or its components, as well as their compliance with the requirements of the current legislation and whether the Users have the required amount of rights to its distribution and / or use.
3.8 The User is solely responsible for the compliance of the content of the Content posted by the User with the requirements of current legislation, including liability to third parties in cases where the User's posting of such Content or its content violates the rights and legitimate interests of third parties, including the personal non-property rights of the authors, other intellectual rights of third parties persons, and / or infringes on their intangible benefits.
3.9 In particular, when using the Application, the User is not entitled to:
■ upload, send, transmit or in any other way post and / or distribute information that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, offends morality, demonstrates (or is propaganda) violence and cruelty, violates intellectual property rights, promotes hatred and / or discrimination against people racial, ethnic, gender, religious, social characteristics, contains insults to any persons or organizations, contains elements (or is propaganda) of pornography, child erotica, represents advertising (or is propaganda) of sexual services (including under the guise of other services), explains the procedure for the manufacture, use or other use of narcotic substances or their analogues, explosives or other weapons;
■ violate the rights of third parties, including minors and / or harm them in any form;
■ upload, send, transmit or in any other way post and / or distribute Content, in the absence of rights to such actions under the law or any contractual relationship;
■ disrupt the normal operation of the Applications;
■ post links to internet resources, the content of which contradicts the current legislation of the Russian Federation;
■ facilitate actions aimed at violating the restrictions and prohibitions imposed by the Agreement;
■ otherwise violate the norms of the law, including the norms of international law.
3.10 The User does not have the right to impersonate another person or representative of the organization and / or community without sufficient rights, including Gudex employees, as well as use any other forms and methods of illegal representation of others on the network, as well as introduce users or Gudex into misconception regarding the properties and characteristics of any subjects or objects.
3.11 Users are prohibited from unauthorized collection and storage of personal data of other persons.
3.12 In case of repeated or gross violation of the terms of this Agreement and / or legal requirements, Gudex has the right to block or delete the User's account, as well as deny access using the account to the Application, and delete any information specified by the User in the Personal Account or the Content posted by him without prior notice.
3.13 The site administration has the right to disclose information about the User if the current legislation requires or permits such disclosure, including in the following cases:
● execution of court orders or requests from government agencies in accordance with applicable laws or regulations;
● enforcing our Terms and Conditions and other applicable terms and conditions, including investigating possible violations;
● identifying, investigating, preventing and suppressing fraudulent and other illegal activities, eliminating security breaches and technical problems;
● protect the rights, property and safety of our users.
3.14 How People Do technical support works is governed by a Service Level Agreement (SLA) located at
https://ppldo.net/sla3.15 By accepting the terms of this Agreement, the User unconditionally accepts the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
4. Force majeure circumstances
4.1. LLC Gudex and the Users of the Service are released from liability for non-fulfillment and / or improper fulfillment of obligations arising from the Agreement, if such non-fulfillment (improper fulfillment) of obligations was a consequence of force majeure circumstances that arose after the conclusion of the Agreement as a result of emergency events, such as fire, explosion, flood, earthquake, military actions, acts of state bodies of the Russian Federation, and other force majeure circumstances that the parties could neither foresee nor prevent.
4.2. The existence of force majeure circumstances must be confirmed by the competent state body of the Russian Federation.
4.3. In the case provided for in clause 4.1. Of the Agreement, the term for the performance of Goodx LLC and / or the User of the obligations arising from the Agreement increases in proportion to the duration of the force majeure circumstances and their consequences.
5. Dispute
5.1 In the event of any disagreement or dispute between the Site User and Gudex LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Parties) of this Agreement, a prerequisite is filing a claim before going to court. The claim must be sent in writing to the email address support@ppl.do
5.2 The recipient of the claim within 30 calendar days from the date of its receipt shall notify the applicant of the claim in writing about the results of the consideration of the claim.
5.3 If it is impossible to resolve the dispute on a voluntary basis, any of the Parties has the right to apply to the court for the protection of their rights, which are granted to them by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.4 Any claim regarding the terms of use of the Service must be submitted within 5 days after the grounds for the claim arise, with the exception of copyright protection for material protected in accordance with the law.
6. Change of agreement, our contacts
6.1 Any changes we make to our Privacy Policy in the future will be posted on our App and on the Website. If necessary, we will inform you of the changes the next time you visit our Service.
6.2 Any changes to this Agreement shall enter into force immediately after publication on the Website and in the Mobile Application of the Service.
6.3 This version of the User Agreement was updated on December 01.
